Introduction
The first report in Poland on the professional situation of women in the industry, based on the Global Women in PR initiative.
The Association of Public Relations Companies, together with the research company OpinionWay, conducted a study aimed at identifying the problems and barriers faced by women working in the PR industry. According to the report, 12% of management boards in Poland are dominated by women. This is twice as high as the results published in the “Global Women in PR – Annual Index 2020” report. Most respondents believe that the participation of women on management boards increases the creativity of the company and helps to increase its productivity.
